By downloading, installing, or using VoxScan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use VoxScan. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@voxscan.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use VoxScan to process, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
VoxScan and its technology are owned by VoxScan and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of all content you scan and upload.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxScan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
