Getting started
- How do I scan a document? Open VoxScan, tap the camera icon, point at your document, and tap the shutter. The app auto-detects edges and enhances the image instantly.
- How do I export to PDF? After scanning, tap Share → Export → select PDF. Your file is ready to send or save.
- Can I scan multiple pages? Yes. After each scan, tap + Add Page to continue scanning. All pages are combined into one document.
OCR & text extraction
- What languages does OCR support? VoxScan supports 41 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and more. Free plan includes 5 languages; Pro unlocks all 41.
- How accurate is the OCR? Our AI-powered OCR achieves over 99% accuracy on clearly printed text with good lighting. Handwriting recognition is available in select languages.
Account & subscription
- How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period.
- Can I use VoxScan on multiple devices? Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device — your documents sync automatically.
- I forgot my password. Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we'll send a reset link to your email.
