There is no fixed cap. Because the merge runs in your browser using your device's memory, the practical limit is whatever your machine can handle, usually 20 to 50 PDFs in a single batch on a modern laptop. For very large batches, merge in two passes.
Can I reorder PDFs after uploading them?
